No experience necessary!  Whether you're a complete beginner or have some dance background, Stephanie will guide you through:

  • Dynamic belly dance techniques:  learn fundamentals such as hip ups, shimmies and undulations, all while getting a full-body workout.

  • Cardio-boosting sequences:  you choose your level and cardio intensity; core-engaging exercises will torch calories and improve your cardiovascular health.
