This 22nd annual Carnival of Stars festival is fun for both adults and children. It combines dance performances, a cosplay contest, and one-of-a-kind vendors with treasures from around the world. Stephanie and her troupe, Daira, will be performing on Sunday, June 28. Come join in the excitement!
