2. Fill out this short form after you’ve made payment and for your 2 follow-ups. This form will allow you to upload videos of your dancing (max file size is indicated on the form). If you experience any issues with the form, please Contact me.

3. Wait 3 business days for Stephanie to review and respond to each form submission. You will receive a video file (up to 10 minutes long) from Stephanie with responses to your questions, for a total of 3 response videos.

4. You have 60 days from the date of your first form submission to finish using this package.
